new freddy movie? i didn't think i would live so long to see 7 movies starring my main squeeze, freddy kruger. call it luck. i have impeccable fortune that mostly astounds me. some say its karma-and i know what a good person i am, so maybe it is. but rumors are flying and if this is the case, i am going to add number 8 to my list very, very soon.
the idea is to remake the 1984 classic, nightmare on elm street. i guess its not confirmed if robert englund (the original fredster will be on board. ol' guy is like close to 60) and lord know no one is tryin' to see freddy like that, with or without all that burn makeup. thats just old. but the point is, that if they remake this movie, will johnny depp do it? now thats dreeeeeeamy. freddy & johnny....ohhh yeah.
but even worse, is who could they get to replace robert? apparently it could be a story about the young freddy. oh, allegations are all over, but i am going to cross my fingers on this one.

oh my! oh my! i really dig DELFINA DELETTREZ FENDI. i kinda am obsessed with jewelry. i've been on the hunt for a cool vintage eyeball ring. i remember rockin one in middle school. i had bought the green eye one because i was jealous that my sister had green eyes and i was stuck with brown. i've since grown to appreciate my light brown eyes-but now i wish i had that cool eyeball ring back. anyhoo....can u imagine this ring on my little finger?! oh, beauty..indeed! this is marriage material rings. if only i had someone who wanted to marry me...boo hoo, ha! looks like i will be buying these gem for myself. its no big surprise to anyone..but i am totally obsessed with zombies. so imagine what i was thinking when i heard about the new flick, dead snow.
but wait, i just don't know..
i'll check it out-but it seems a little cheese. the nazi zombies look great-but i fear the whole concept is a little whack. rich kids go on a winter ski trip and fuck like crazy, discover the hidden property of the nazis and disturb the system...OH lord jesus.

ok, so i am officially done with this year's classes. i went out last night and had a few drinks. i'll admit, i got pretty drunk and at one point, i started to doze off. (i haven't been sleeping that much this entire school year) as usual, my friend and i met some pretty neat people-believe it or not, zombie towns do contain some gems.
my goal was to wake up early and start deciding what my final project should be. i was all set to design little foxes by lillian hellman. i told my professor about this and he thinks its a good choice but maybe i should look into orpheus descending by tennessee williams. its a little bigger cast of characters, still just one set...but the most fascinating part of the play is that its a modern version of orpheus & eurydice. both plays are set in the south. i just don't really know which one to pick. my brain hurts-
i'm going to try to concentrate.
sometimes, getting a start is the hardest part. its like all i need is a little electric shock treatment and then i'd go and get it done.

so call me a freakin new age hippie or whatever. but i love gemstones. and yah, i do collect them and sometimes, just sometimes, (i feel energy from them). granted, most of that energy was found during 00-02'. but it doesn't matter, i still love gemstones and i like reading about what sort of meanings the stone has behind them.


so thats moonstone. i love the hazy quality to the stone. kind of works like my mind-esp. my mind during 00-02' which was like a rite of passage for me. so, i am officially on the hunt for a crazy cool vintage moonstone piece.
